Reseller Policy |

| Blue River Digital offers the following incentives to resellers: |
|
| 1) |
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS |
|
Only sales of products in Blue River Digital's line of quality lightboxes are eligible for reseller consideration at this time.
|
|
| 2) |
RESELLER MARKDOWN |
|
First-time orders are calculated and processed as end-user orders. The second and subsequent orders are eligible for reseller markdown. Markdown percentages vary across models and with different order quantity levels; please consult a Blue River sales representative for details.
|
|
| 3) |
WAIVED HANDLING CHARGES |
|
Markdown-eligible reseller orders may also qualify to waive handling charges, if all of the following conditions are met:
|
| a) |
a signed, revolving Visa or Mastercard authorization, plus a signed copy of Blue River Digital's return policy, are on file with Blue River Digital (American Express not eligible for this provision);
|
|
| b) |
qualifying orders must exceed $200.00 in product value;
|
|
| c) |
reseller must place order online at www.blueriverdigital.com; for Blue River Digital’s standard-configuration lightboxes;
|
|
| d) |
reseller has provided a valid Shipper account number to Blue River Digital, for either UPS or FedEx, to be charged for the shipping of reseller's order(s); and
|
|
| e) |
this provision is not available for international, rush, custom or special handling orders.
|
|
|
| 4) |
CUSTOMER PROTECTION |
|
Resellers' customers identified as such will not be solicited or served directly by Blue River Digital, unless they were a prior direct customer of Blue River Digital, or the reseller gives explicit permission to do so, or the reseller fails to provide prompt and courteous service, or the reseller has placed no orders within a six-month period, or the reseller fails to respond to reasonable attempts by Blue River Digital to inquire as to the customer's status.

| 5) |
CALIFORNIA RESELLERS |
|
California resellers must have a valid Reseller form on file with Blue River Digital.
|

| 6) |
GRAPHICS LAB HELP LINE |
|
Resellers may refer their graphics customers to Blue River Digital's in-cognito Graphics Help Desk, at 916-727-2851.
