Sending your digital files to Blue River Digital is simple with a valid order number.
Just follow the instructions below:
Option 1:
Upload Your Files Online |

You can now upload your digital files on Blue River Digital's website:
- 500 MB Max (Varies based on connection speed)
|

Using FTP client software OR Internet Explorer v.6.0 or above:
- Browse to host: ftp.blueriverdigital.com
- Call the Blue River Digital Customer Service department for the User name and Password,
with a valid order number: 1-800-706-4276 - Enter the User name and Password given to you by our Customer Service department.
- Click Log On
- If you are using Internet Explorer 7, you'll need to activate the FTP window by clicking on Page at the top of the browser (right below the address bar) then click on the Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer menu option.
- Enter the User name and Password again.
- Double-click on the BRDCustFtp folder
- Create a new folder (File -> New -> Folder), and name it using your company or personal name and order number (Ex: Blue River Digital - 510999)
- Upload your graphics files by dragging your file into this newly created folder.

Ship on CD or DVD |

Please ship CD or DVD with all print-ready digital artwork to:

| Please review these tips for file prep, to speed your order: |
|
- Layout your artwork at a proportional scale to your final size
- Do not "up-sample" bitmap artwork to a higher resolution, as this does not increase detail or sharpness
- Convert all fonts to outlines or paths
